- Items must be returned within 7-15 days of the delivery date.
- Products should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Items bought during sale events, custom orders, and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. Exchange Policy
- We gladly offer exchanges for sizing issues or if you wish to swap for a different product of the same value.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7-15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If your desired size or product is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund as per your preference.
- For defective or incorrect items, we offer a free exchange (we cover the shipping cost).
3. Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange for a free exchange or a full refund.
